Khlong Bang Phai Station (S01) is located above the centre line of Kanchanapisek road between Khlong Bang Phai and Khlong Thanon area, south of the Chan Thong Lam road. The centre-platform, three-level station is approximately 300m long. 

Located to the east of the Klong Bang Phai Station is the MRT Purple Line Depot, which houses the main workshop, the operations control centre and other railways systems operation and maintenance facilities and also a three-floorPark & Ride building.

The station will also service commuters from the Bua Thong residential area located to the west.

Khlong Bang Phai Station is configured with four entrances to allow access to commuters from the street level.

Entrance A is located at the north end of the station, at the inbound side of Karnjanapisek road.  Across from theKhlong Bang Phai depot, Entrance A connects the station concourse level to the Park & Ride building at the Depot.

Entrance B is located at the north end of the station, at the outbound side of Karnjanapisek road, and it is near the Exel factory entrance.

Entrance C is located at the south end of the station, at the inbound side of Karnjanapisek road, and it is located near the exit from the Park & Ride building.

Entrance D is located at the south end of the station, at the outbound side of Karnjanapisek road, and it is near the Carryboy shop.
