ความร่วมมือกันและแบ่งปันข้อมูลความรู้ที่เหมาะสมถูกต้อง เพื่อให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างผาสุกหรือร่วมกันมีกิจกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์ความสุขแก่ผู้คน ความสามารถในการพํฒนาไปสู่การพึ่งพาตนในด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง สังคม สิทธิของปัจเจกบุคคลและผลประโยชน์ของรัฐ จะเข้ามาสู่จุดที่เหมาะสมกลมกล่อมเช่นไร การสร้างประชาชนสังคมที่สามารถอยู่ได้ คงต้องอาศัยการเปลี่ยนแปลงยิ่งใหญ่ ที่ทุกคนรับและพร้อมที่จะเปลี่ยน เพื่อประโยชน์สุขของการอยู่ร่วมกัน ในพื้นที่ของโลกนี้มีพื้นที่เล็กที่ทุกคนมีความเป็นเจ้าของ คือความคิด ความเห็นทั้งหลาย นั่นคือความฉลาดและสติปัญญาของทุกท่าน ที่เป็นหน้าที่ของภาครัฐทุกหนแห่งในโลกนี้ต้องให้ความสำคัญในการให้สิทธิประโยชน์และพัมนาประชาชนของตนให้สามารถใช้สติปัญญาอย่างเต็มความสามารถ ตั้งแต่การอยู่ในครอบครัวที่ดี การศึกษาดี มีการสนับสนุนให้ประกอบอาชีพ มีการสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ การลงทุนที่เหมาะสม ทุกคนมีรายได้ ภาครัฐมีรายได้ เอกชนสามารถทำมาค้าขายประกอบอาชีพโดยสุจริต หากผู้คนรู้คิดและการสื่อสารไม่ปิดกั้น ได้มีโอกาศเรียนรู้ในสิ่งต่างๆ ทั้งวิทยาสาสตร์ศิลปะ เราก็สามารถสร้างสรรค์และคิดสิ่งใหม่แก่โลกนี้อย่างไม่จบสืิ้นและไม่ต้องมาหวงแหนที่มาของแหล่งทรัพยากรใด เพราะทุกคนใช้ประโยชน์ร่วมกัน หากแต่ต้องมีผลประโยชน์เฉพาะกลุ่มใดกลุ่มหนึ่งไม่ใช่ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ของชุมชนสังคมนั้น กลายเป็นว่าการออกกฏมาเพื่อควบคุมกำกับใดๆก็จะไม่มีประโยชน์ ในเมื่อประเทศที่ไม่พัฒนาก็ไม่ยอมพัฒนาคนเสียที  ผู้คนที่มีความสามารถในการสร้างนวัตกรรมได้หรือผู้ที่เป็นแรงงานพิเศษมีฝีมือมีประสบการณ์หรือมีพรสวรรค์ก็จะย้ายถิ่นไปยังที่ให้รายได้สูงกว่า และละทิ้งประเทศบ้านเกิดของตน กลายเป็นประเทศที่ไม่พัฒนาไปชั่วนิจนิรันดร์  รู่นสู่รุ่น เราจะทำอย่างไรให้ทรัพยากรของดลกและที่เกิดจากความคิดใหม่ๆดำรงอยู่และให้ประโยชน์แก่ลูกหลานของเรา ในโลกของการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางการสื่อสารทุกชนิดเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการตลาดค้าขาย ทางการเมืองความมั่นคง ผู้คนจะคงมีความคิดสร้างสรรไปเพื่อให้ถูกนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เพียงเป็นสถิติข้อมูลของผู้คุมสื่อของโลกเท่านั้นหรือเปล่า แล้วเราจะปกป้องความคิดและประโยชน์จากการเอาความคิดมาทำเป็นสินค้ามีลิขสิทธิ สิทธิบัตรและเครื่องหมายการค้า ไปเพื่อประดยชน์ของผู้ที่ชิงประกาศสิทะิก่อนอันเนื่องมาจากความได้เปรียบของการเป็นเจ้าของเครือข่ายที่เก็บข้อมูลหรือขโมยข้อมูลของทุกคนบนโลกสื่อสารทางอินเตอรเนทเท่านั้น  ความร่วมมือกันปกป้องทรัพยของตนเพื่อชุมชนโดยรวม ไม่สามารถยับยั้ง การแสวงประโยชน์ของการแข่งขันเพื่อได้ผลกำไรสูงสุดในตลาดทุนได้เร็วที่สุดของนักการค้าระดับโลก ใครจะปกป้องชุมชนท้องถิ่นจากภัยคุกคามหรือภัยต่อทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของชุมชนท้องถิ่นได้ ผู้พิทักษ์พิเศษที่ไม่ระบุเชื้อชาติหรือสนธิสัญญาที่เซ็นรับกันเป็นร้อยประเทศแต่ก็ยังมีผู้แสวงหาข้อมูลเพื่อการค้าใหม่ๆมาขายชาวโลกอยู่เสมอ ไม่ว่าข้อคิดเห็นหรือแนวโน้มอันใดของโลกจะต้องมีการแปลงค่าออกมาเป็นสินค้าใหม่นวัตกรรมใหม่เพื่อนำมาขายเป็นสินค้าแก่คนในโลก กฏที่ควรจะออกมาน่าจะเป็นหน้าที่ของรัฐบาลเจ้าปัญญาบางประเทสที่สร้างระบบกฏหมายหรือสร้างวิธีการที่การพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ทำให้ประเทสอื่นเสียเปรียบจนบางประเทสปิดกั้นการเข้าถึงข้อมูลปัจเจกบุคคลกันไปหมดแล้ว ความร่วมมือที่แท้จริงน่าจะเริ่มต้นมาจากประเทศที่สร้างกฏหมายทางการค้าและการเงินที่เอาเปรียบประเทศอื่น สิ่งที่ต้องแก้ไข จะให้ประเทศที่พัมนาน้อยกว่ามาคอยป้องกันตนเองออกกฏหมายดูแลชุมชนกันเอง เหล่านี้ไม่สามารถสกัดกั้น การแทรกแซงเพื่อเจาะข้อมูลทรัพยากรทางภูมิศาสตร์หรือทางความคิด เพื่อไปทำสินค้าแบบผูกขาดตลาดโลกของชนบางประเทศได้ นับว่าเป็นเรื่องจำเป็นที่ต้องสกัดกั้นที่แหล่งที่สร้างความวุ่นวายนั้น ไม่ใช่ว่าพัฒนาสิ่งที่ได้ประโยชนืจากคนของโลกเพื่อประโยชน์ของบริษัทข้ามชาติของตนหรือรัฐบาลของตนเท่านั้น

Definition of Bilateral Monopoly: A Bilateral Monopoly occurs in an industry where there is only one producer of a good and only one supplier. It means there is a monopsonist (buyer of labour) and a monopoly (single supplier)

• Coal Mining Monopsonist facing a Trade Union. In a town the coal mine is the only employer of labour. But, there is only one supplier of labour from the trade union members

A local community is a group of interacting people sharing an environment. In human communities, intent, belief, resources, preferences, needs, risks, and a number of other conditions may be present and common, affecting the identity of the participants and their degree of cohesiveness.

Corporate Volunteer Councils (CVCs) are "local" networks that businesses join to share effective practices and address community needs through workplace volunteering. CVCs are typically affiliated with local community-based agencies such as HandsOn Affiliates and Volunteer Centers or United Way agencies. Some CVCs have also incorporated as independent nonprofits. The term CVC is a general term and also refers to BVCs (Business Volunteer Councils), Corporate Community Relations Councils, Workplace Volunteer Councils and the like.

Corporate Volunteer Council Advisory Council

The HandsOn Network Corporate Volunteer Council Advisory Council provides guidance and support to various CVC and BVC’s across the country. The Advisory Council advises HandsOn Network and services the network of CVCs, helping them to be more effective and productive in their roles within their local communities.
